Euro Bronco Day Two Recap

GIJON, Spain (June 9) - Nine games took place on the second day of the Bronco European Championships including the defending champions, Nouvelle Aquitaine, starting its campaign. 

The first game of the day pitted Gava and the host team, Llano, against each other. Both teams entered the contest with a 0-1 record. At the end of the game, Gava improved to 1-1 by defeating Llano (0-2) 6-2.
Jabatos saw its first action of the tournament by taking on Pamplona in game two of Saturday. Pamplona improved to 2-0 by a 4-1 victory over Jabatos (0-1).

Nouvelle Aquitaine started its title defense off right but beating Junior (0-2) by the final of 8-1. 
Llano got its first win of the tournament by handing Pamplona its first loss. Llano won by the final of 8-5.

Nouvelle Aquitaine continued where it left off with a blowout of Llano. The final score of the fifth game of the day was 25-6. 
Jabatos played its second game of the day when it defeated Junior in a high scoring affair, 10-7.

Pamplona played its third and final game of the day against Nouvelle Aquitaine, who was also in its final game. Nouvelle Aquitaine defeated Pamplona by the final of 11-1. Nouvelle Aquitaine outscored its opponents by 36 runs (44-8). Jabatos wrapped up its day by taking on Gava. Gava came out victorious by the final of 12-1.

Gava and Junior played in the last game of the day. Gava continued its winning streak by defeating Junior with a 11-3 victory.
The final four games will be played on Sunday and the champion will be decided.
